It’s time to get refuelled

When I was meeting with my psychologist last week he made the observation that we were both wearing shoes to protect our feet. He went on to make the point that just as we wear shoes, and do lots of other things to protect our bodies, we should also do things to protect our inner life.

It reminded me of Proverbs 3:12 – "Above all else guard your heart from from it flows the springs of life." It is actually saying this should be our number one priority.

I hope this edition of REFUEL helps you in your efforts to guard your heart.
